Variety composition: Assyrtiko

Vinification: Manual harvest in the morning hours. Classic white vinification in stainless tanks and low temperatures. It remains with the wine lees and matures in lightly charred French oak barrels for 6 months.

Tasting characteristics: The special terroir of Skyros offers this exceptional Assyrtiko with characteristic acidity and minerality. Bright lemon color. Complex aromas of citrus fruits, stone fruits and characteristic saltiness from the Aegean air. Balanced and discreet appearance of the barrel. Possibility of many years of aging
