We make sure that all our products are stored in excellent conditions and carefully packaged so that they reach the recipient intact. You must check the package upon receipt for any damage. However, if there is any apparent damage during the receipt of part of the content, please photograph it and send it to us by email, along with the order number you received in the confirmation email. The option for replacement is valid within 10 days of receipt of the product if approved by our company.

Return and replacement will be accepted only with the approval of the company
