Variety: Sauvignon Blanc
Vineyard: The vineyards selected are southeast oriented, close to the sea and at an altitude of up to 100 meters. The yield of the vineyards was 600-700 kg/hectare.
Vinification: Traditional method of white vinification at a low constant temperature. Only the grape prefix was used. Stabilized at –8°C for 15 days.
Characteristics: Straw green color with crystal clarity. Drinking this wine is like eating fresh pieces of banana, peach and lemon
