Varietal composition: Assyrtiko, Ugni Blanc, Sauvignon blanc.

Characteristics : White-fleshed fruit aromas quickly develop on the nose. There are citrus notes that tie in with wild rose notes. A harmony that comes from the Thracian land! In the mouth, the aromas of the nose continue, while the balance with acidity make this wine very palatable, ending in a characteristic aftertaste.

Accompanies: seafood, fish, salads and pastas with white sauce!
