Varietal composition: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon
Characteristics: Grapes from the best parts of the vineyard, careful selection and vintage with multiple passages, so that they can be collected at optimal maturity. For this cuvée, only the best tanks were selected, with temperature controlled for about three weeks and at least two recycles per day. Maturation in new oak barrels for 12 months. Wine with strong aromas of red fruit, round mouth and gentle tannins. Deep red color.
Served: at 16-18 ° C. Served as soon as it opens at 18 ° C and goes perfectly with red meat and feathered game.
