A mature and velvety blend Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot, from Pangea terroir. It matures for 12 months in French oak barrels and is completed in the bottle for 8 months. Deep red color with violet highlights. Bouquet of small red fruits on a background of vanilla and spice. Silky body and long aftertaste. It is drunk at 18-20º C, accompanying red meats and game with complex sauces. It can be aged 5-7 years after harvest.
