Vineyard From the privately-owned vineyard Melissopetra with the special slate soils. The acreage yields are extremely low (360 kg per acre) and the harvest takes place in early September

Wine and Winemaking : Pre-fermentation extraction is applied for 8 hours at 10 C. C. This is followed by pressure with pneumatic presses, degassing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks of controlled temperature (13ο-16ο C) lasting up to 20 days.

Features : The wine has a strong and complex aromatic character reminiscent of exotic fruits, flowers and spices. Its taste is balanced and rich, with a decisive element of a pleasant, refreshing acidity.
