Product of organic farming, from the exquisite red, Cretan varieties Liatiko and Kotsifali. Since the Minoan era, these 2 historical varieties have given us exquisite wines, with intense sweet aromas of dried fruit, raisins and honey, a dark caramel color and a Cretan flavor! LIASTO is a fine wine, derived from overripe red, sun-dried grapes (sun-dried for 6-8 days). It is aged using traditional techniques, in oak barrels. Served at 10-12° C. It is produced with a strict selection of organically grown grapes, of excellent quality, and does not contain genetically modified organisms.
