Vineyard : In the middle of a natural triangle of the three mountains of Grammos, Vernos and Askios, all above 2000 meters, the temperature in winter often reaches below -20°C. With the day/night temperature difference exceeding 20°C from spring to harvest, particularly expressive wines are created. The elms, oaks, walnuts, pears, apple trees and cornelian trees that are located in and next to the vineyard, provide unique biodiversity and complement the perpetual breeze and the great slope of the mountain, providing ideal conditions for an organic cultivation of gentle intervention
Characteristics : Harvest early October. Vinification in stainless steel tanks without the addition of sulphite. Remaining with the lees for 6 months. Zero sulfurization and bottling without any intervention and filter. Magnificent Riesling nose of unripe stone fruits, lime, honey and honey climate. Crisp, with stony minerality, sea saltiness and great finesse.
Consumption: Now-2029 with white meats, lamb, Chinese and sushi.
