Varietal composition: Xinomavro, Sauvignon Blanc

Characteristics: White sparkling wine from the early harvest of the Sauvignon Blanc and Xinomavrou varieties. Fresh aromatic bouquets of wild fruit, gooseberry and blackberry. Second fermentation in a closed tank. Fine string of fine bubbles that lasts. Soft in the mouth with refreshing acidity that lasts.

Serving suggestions : Served at 8°C – 10°C. It accompanies light meals, roasted poultry, roasted vegetables, spaghetti with seafood, white meats or plain.
