VARIETIES OF DRY WHITE WINE
Variety: Viognier 100%
Vinification: Harvest and stay of the grapes for 24 hours in a cold room. Classic white vinification with malolactic fermentation and battonage in barrel. 6-month maturation in 225lt French oak barrels.
Tasting: Light lemon color with golden highlights. On the nose the wine has aromas of ripe apricot and white peach, framed by elegant oak aromas. The mouth is dry and rich. The explosion of yellow but still fresh fruits, citrus fruits (lemon, musk lemon), the sensation of nectar, the delicate aromas from the stay in the barrel, the nuts, alongside the lively acidity create an impressive result of taste pleasure. The aftertaste is long, fruity, complex.
Pair it perfectly with..Mushroom risotto, mussels, taramo salad, grilled fatty fish, crayfish, lobster pasta
