Varietal composition: Xinomavro

Vineyard: Stavros Vineyard and Short Walnut with an altitude of 645m. & 640m. The harvest is made from selected vines that meet the requirements for a separate Reserve.

Features: This is a large wine with a clear ruby color with gray highlights. Classic tomato and olive as befits a black and white with spices, notes of vanilla, proper acidity, soft tannins, full body, special aftertaste. Stay in French and American barrels for 25 months.

Harmony: Accompanies grilled or baked meats, game, fatty cheeses. Pitcher ventilation is recommended.
