GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Assyrtiko

WINE CHARACTERISTICS: Fresh and vibrant, with a nice crispy acidity, lemon, green apple, and mineral finish.

HARMONY: Fresh shellfish, white meat with light sauces, pasta dishes, Greek salad and Mediterranean cuisine.

VINEYARD: The soil is fertile, with mixed composition ranging from sandy loam to clay loam thus offering the possibility of producing wines of exquisite quality and rich aromas. The microclimate of the region is characterized by cold winters and warm summers, while a small river called Permisos contribute to the existence of a mild continental climate. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 560m with a slope of 4%

AGEING: It does not mature in barrels but stays for 8 months in tanks with wine lees.
