Type : Semi-sweet wine

Varietal Composition: Muscat, Syrah, Kotsifali

Characteristics : Classic red vinification with fermentation at 24-28°C in stainless tanks, separately for each variety. Clarified-concentrated wort is added for sweetening.

Served: chilled, at 17°C

Accompaniment : We suggest pairing it with Honey Pork or Grilled Pork Cortezina with BBQ Sauce. It would go perfectly with a Cretan cheesecake with a base of dako and nuts, a layer of a mixture of sour and sweet mizithra and tomato jam.
