Variety: Limniona
Vinification: This pure form of Limniona comes from vines over 30 years old, from mountain vineyards of Thessaly. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature and aging for 10-12 months in oak barrels and then in the bottle.
Taste Test: In the glass we see a moderate ruby color. The nose develops aromas of cherries and blackcurrants. Limniona is fresh and fruity in the mouth, with a spicy character. It has crisp acidity, fine body and velvety tannins.
Flavor combinations: An excellent combination for grilled meats, cheeses, pasta with red sauces and pork in the oven.
