Origin : The grapes come from a specific vineyard in the area of FAGIA Epanochori at an altitude of 850 meters, it is self-rooted and over 80 years old. The vineyard is located on the south side of Mount Ainos with an extremely steep slope, with constant sunshine and on gravelly limestone soil that gives the grapes an incredible concentration of aromas. The yield per hectare for 2016 did not exceed 250 kg per hectare. Low harvest temperatures of <35 ° C and partly rainy weather created a 10-day vigil at the beginning of the harvest for this particular vineyard on August 27th.
Tasting : A yellow-green, fresh and rich in body wine, with aromatic aromas of white peach and citrus and tobacco, cool minerality, expression of terroir, spirited acidity and balanced aftertaste.
