Cultivation: Slow harvest 1 month after its theoretical maturation, approximately 30/09.
Vinification: Cold extraction 3 days at 8 ℃, cochlear implants with juice for 1 month with frequent recirculations.
Aging: 8 months in French oak barrels and 6-8 months in the bottle.
Organoleptic Characteristics: A wine that comes from grapes that have naturally matured in the vineyard. Its deep ruby color surprises and predisposes. Thick and fruity character. The concentrated aromas of plum, roasted raisins and ripe fruits combine perfectly with the aromas of wood. Rich and round tannins, with a pleasant and intense aftertaste and complexity. Undoubtedly a great wine of deep aging.
