Wining: A Xinomavro that comes from the mountainous vineyards of Vermio, of old age, mild cultivation and low yields per acre. It matures for 12 months in 500 and 300 liter barrels.


Aging potential: 15 years


Flavors: Red fruits, cherry and plum jam, spices and vanilla


Pairing: Red meat, game, mature cheeses, cold cuts
