Winemaking : Cold extraction, classic red winemaking and aging for 12 months in Vintage oak barrels.

Characteristics : Velvety, with an intense aromatic character. Deep ruby color with blue highlights. Its intense aromas are reminiscent of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, with subtle notes of spices and wood. Rich in the mouth, with structure and balance.

Served : at 16-18 °C.
