Winemaking and Features : The varieties remain for 24 months in oak barrels. Then, after being bottled, they will age in the underground cellars of the winery for 12 months. Aromatic, it shows ripe red fruits of the forest, mainly raspberry and gooseberry. Intense tannins, great body and balance, stand capable of aging for up to ten years at a constant temperature of 14 degrees.
