Winemaking & Features : Modern method of vinification with controlled fermentation at low temperatures for better preservation of aromas. Wine with strong aromas, most notably those of summer and exotic fruits such as pear, pineapple and lemon blossom. Pale yellow color in the glass with greenish highlights. Intense, multi-dimensional nose. Lemon, orange and citrus on the one hand and mango, grapefruit, passion fruit and pineapple on the other. Freshly cut grass makes its presence felt at all levels. Fine mouth, greasy, tied, with refreshing acidity that beautifully balances the whole while for the end it has a medium-lasting aftertaste with a lime feel
