Cultivation area: Asprokampos Nemea
Varieties: Chardonnay (65%) & Malagouzia (35%)
Vinification: Pre-fermentation cryo-extraction and then classic white vinification at a controlled temperature
Able to age: 4-5 years. Ageing: Aged 3 months in French oak barrels
Organoleptic Characteristics: Light yellow with golden-green highlights, with notes of toasted bread, brioche and vanilla in harmonious coexistence with ripe exotic fruits and roasted nuts. Rich mouthfeel, with a buttery exuberant texture, a long aftertaste that leaves hints of honey in the finish.
Suggested Pairings: Served at 10°C and combined with smoked and mature hard cheeses, fatty fish such as salmon, mushroom risotto, smoked aubergine preparations as well as pasta with fatty sauces and seafood.
