At a distance of 10 'from the Winery, between the 2 gorges of Agios Mama and Zofora is the vineyard "Livadakia", with a total area of 55 acres.
At an altitude of 300m., Planted since the beginning of 2000, mainly with indigenous varieties of the island, taking advantage of the ideal microclimate that arises due to location, we chose the Cretan Kotsifali in combination with the Mediterranean Syrah and Mourvedre. A wine that combines the earthy aromatic characteristics of the Cretan variety with the red fruit and the tension of Syrah and the volume with the velvety character of Mourvedre. Staying for 8 months in French oak barrels, enjoy a full wine, fruity and concentrated, with an aftertaste duration. Combine it with red meat, game, winter mushroom and chestnut sauces.
