Characteristics: Crystalline appearance in a light yellowish-yellow color. Expressive and at the same time serious nose with aromas that betray the variety and its origin. The rose appears with different faces such as rose petals, rose water and sweet delight. At the same time, there are aromas of citrus fruits such as mandarin and orange as well as herbs. The mouth is well-crafted and round with luscious acidity and a long intense aftertaste.

Accompanies: meats with lemony sauces, medium-fat grilled fish and shellfish. In good storage conditions it retains its rich characteristics for at least 4 years. Served at 10-12˚C.
