Varietal composition: Petroulianos
Characteristics: Petrolianos, a unique native variety of Laconia, very resistant to drought. The Vatista Vineyards are spread over the plain of Voia and on the slopes of Pantanassa, next to Monemvasia where the famous Malvasia wine was produced. On the face we can see a light lemon color with greenish highlights. On the nose, aromas of stone fruits such as peach, apricot as well as notes of green apple. In the mouth the wine is rich with botanical flavor characteristics as well as a hint of minerality, moderate acidity. Long aftertaste.
Pairings: It will go great with seafood and pasta with lemons and white sauces, shellfish.
