Famiglia Pascua estate

Varietal composition: Pinot Grigio 100%

Vinification : Straw-yellow with wonderful golden hues. A pleasant, balanced, harmonious and fruity wine with flowers and notes of pear and apricot. The taste is dry with good acidity and a long aftertaste. Fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. Storage in stainless steel tanks and further maturation in the bottle.

Harmony - Serving temperature : Served at 12 C, Pleasant to drink on its own, but accompanies with typical ease appetizers and light dishes such as salads, vegetable or seafood risotto, varieties of cheese, etc.
