Varietal composition: Sauvignon Blanc

Characteristics: An “almost” typical Sauvignon Blanc. Care was taken in the winemaking process to ensure that the aromas do not overshadow the body and density of the wine. Good ageing potential. After bottling, the wine was left to mature in our wine cellar for several months.

Aromas:tropical and citrus fruits, grass and asparagus

Accompany: All foods but also enjoyable on its own.

Alcohol content: 14.5%
