Dry Village White Taking with light pressure only the forerunner, the indigenous variety of Kyklades, Mandilaria gives us a rose wine with fine aromas, cool acidity, full mouth and intense aftertaste. It accompanies Cycladic cheeses, fresh salads, white meats, and seafood.
The wines are grown in a vineyard with a small acreage yield in a natural way. The location is north of Serifos on a steep mountain slope opposite Kythnos and with a northern orientation.
