Description: The harmonious marriage of Moschofileros and Roditis Alepos highlights the best characteristics of both varieties. The result is a cool and bright wine, with white-yellow color and pleasant acidity. Its nose is characterized by aromas of yellow fruits and citrus.
Vineyards: from selected vineyards of Corinth and Argolida for Roditi, Mantineia for Moschofilero
Harvest date: mid-September for Roditi, end of September, beginning of October for Moschofilero
Winemaking: Classic white with temperature control in stainless steel winemakers. The two varieties are vinified separately, with the final blend resulting at the end of the process.
Serving temperature: 7-9 oC.
Combines with: soft cheeses, pasta, white sauces, fried fish.
