Characteristics: Characteristic color of the onion skin, juicy red and yellow fruits, wild strawberry, blueberry, peach and citrus blossoms are dominant in its rich aromatic potential. In the mouth, the crisp acidity underlines the sweet flavors of fruit and flowers, safely leading to the fruity aftertaste of Provence style.

Combines: It can "play" with comfort and grace from aperitif to dessert. An excellent accompaniment to a wide range of foods with a special love for traditional dishes of Greek cuisine. Fatty fried and oily foods are balanced next to it, as well as light meats, pastes and tomato sauces. Served at 11º C
