Origin of grapes: Chablis 1er Cru Vaillon from Domaine Christian Moreau Père et Fils is a top, organically certified expression of the Kimmeridgian terroir of Burgundy.
Winemaking: The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand from 6 historically owned parcels with southern and southeastern exposure in the heart of Vaillon, from vines with an average age of 63 to 73 years. Winemaking includes fermentation with indigenous yeasts, 55% in stainless steel tanks and 45% in French oak barrels of previous use for 8 months, going through 100% malolactic fermentation.
Tasting notes: The famous wine of France that has a fanatical audience all over the world. It is an extremely generous and fine white wine with intense aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits and fruits, which are surrounded by an impressive, clean and lively minerality.
