Varietal composition: Agiorgitiko 50% Grenache Rouge 50%

Vinification: The two varieties are combined and the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and under conditions of controlled temperature 15-17οC. The fermentation is completed after about 15 days.

Features: Light pink color, elegant on the nose with notes of orange blossom, cherry & butter. Balanced taste with cool acidity and creamy texture. The aromas of rose petal and cherry dominate.

Serve at 12 ° C.
