Vineyards: From privately owned vineyards in Mantineia. Vintage: Manual. Harvest Date: Late September, early October.
Vinification: Pre-fermentation cold extraction for 10 hours and fermentation at low, controlled temperature. Matures with wine sludge in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. Aging dynamics: 5-8 years
Features: Light salmon color, with gray highlights. Intense aromas of citrus, lime and small, white flowers. Crispy in the mouth, with citrus aromas predominating. Rose petals, pink grapefruit, white pepper, lemon blossom and rose water, form the complex structure of Lexis Gris. Pleasant and balanced acidity, and aftertaste that lasts with a sense of Turkish delight Rose!
Combines with: Risotto with seafood, Salmon fillet, Salads with Pink Grapefruit & Mango, Sushi, Asian Cuisine, White Spicy Cheeses.
