Characteristics: on the nose it gives aromas of violet, sour cherry, red cherry and herbs. Good structure and concentration, fine tannins and a long aftertaste. It is pleasantly drunk with meat.

Harmony - Serving temperature : Served at 18 C, Pleasant to drink on its own, but best with rich stews with meat.

Alcohol 12.5%
