Type: Dry White Wine

Variety: 100% Vidiano.

Origin: Vineyards at various altitudes in Chania.

Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and a small percentage in barrels/amphoras for complexity.

Characteristics: Aromas of Apricot, peach, bergamot, citrus, with herbal/floral notes and metal. Body: Medium to rich, with crisp acidity and buttery texture.

Pairings: Fatty fish, poultry, cheese platters, fish with white sauce. Serve chilled (around 11°C).
