Characteristics: Vidiano is harvested mainly from mountainous vineyards in the prefecture of Heraklion. Complex citrus nose with notes of white flowers and herbs within a frame of minerality. Rich mouth with layers and aromas of stone fruit, lime and spices. The lively acidity balances the mouth nicely and offers a long aftertaste.

Pairs beautifully with fish, shellfish, Asian cuisine, pasta and cheese platters.
