Varietal composition: Syrah, Agiorgitiko

Alcohol content: 14% Vol.

Vinification: Harvest, destemming, pressing, maceration, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation, aging in barrels for 18 months with 50% new barrels, bottling.

Characteristics: Dark red color, almost impenetrable, on the nose aromas of sour cherry jam, dried plum, fig, black pepper, bitter chocolate, vanilla, cedar, on the palate it is exuberant and full with balanced acidity and a long aftertaste.
