Varietal composition: Chardonnay

Vineyard: Tyrnavos / Paleomylos, Soil: Sandy clay, high concentration of flint, Altitude: 150-200m, Production yield: 70 hl/ha, Climate: Rare rainfall, dry and hot summer, Age of vines: 25-28 years, Harvest: August Certified organic cultivation.

Vinification: classic white wine with spontaneous alcoholic fermentation, in 2400L wooden tanks. Maturation in 2400L barrels for 12 months.

Alcohol content 13%
