Protected Geographical Indication Distribution
Variety Composition : Derived from the Chardonnay variety, grown on the Estate since 1983. After pre-fermenting cold extraction, the wine is fermented into oak French barrels. It stays in contact with its wine lees for a few months, thus gaining in body and enriching in a variety of aromas.
Its color is bright golden yellow and is characterized by aromas of honey, vanilla, ripe citrus on a background of smoke and nuts. It has a full, rich and full-bodied taste and can be aged.
It stands out best at 10–12. C.
Accompanies : Fish with fatty flesh, smoked or even fish with white sauce, mollusks and shellfish, caviar compositions.
