Varietal Composition: Chardonnay 100%

Vineyard: Vineyard: Linear private vineyard of 11.5 acres. Area – Location: Hydrousa – ¨Church¨. Altitude: 735 Meters. Soil: Silty clay. Climate: Lots of snowfall, significant rains and hot summer. Harvest: September 12-15. Yield: 650-750 kg/ha.

Vinification: Cold extraction, alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (15-17) degrees Celsius, wine aging for 4 months on its lees.

Detailed characteristics: Alcoholic strength: 13 % vol. 0.750 ml bottle. Filter before bottling.

Organoleptic characteristics: Yellow-green highlights. Intense and rich aromas of vanilla and green apple. Quite full flavor, freshness and long lingering aromas with strong aftertaste.

Taste harmony: At a temperature of 10-12*c it combines perfectly with fish, seafood, shellfish, pasta with white sauce and cheese fondue.
