Per hectare yield: average 0.65 tn/hectare. Harvest period: September 3-5

Aging: after malolactic fermentation in a stainless steel tank, the wine is decanted into 225 liter oak barrels of 1st, 2nd and 3rd use. His stay in them can vary from 8-12 months
