Vineyard: 25-year-old plot of land, planted in the red stony, shale bedrock. The management and evolution of the ecosystem is based exclusively on the principles of Organic Agriculture (the estate is under the certification process)

Per hectare yield: average 0.75 tn/ hectare

Harvest period: September 7-10

Aging: malolactic fermentation takes place in new oak barrels. Then the wine is decanted into oak barrels of 225 liters of 1st, 2nd and 3rd use. His stay in them can vary from 12-16 months. Each harvest matures by remaining in the bottle for 8-12 months before being released on the market.

Aging potential: 15 years

Characteristics: Deep red. Emerging aromas of gooseberry, olive pit and charcuterie next to spices. Full body with a massive structure, long and concentrated aftertaste.
