Vineyard: Privately owned, in the organic vineyard on the Athos peninsula.
Vinification: Classic white vinification. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Remaining on the lees for at least 6 months.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Bright lemon green color. Complex aromas of musk lemon, citrus blossoms and peach on a background of mineral elements. Generous in the mouth with crisp acidity, subtle notes of yeast and a long lemony aftertaste.
We recommend: Fish, shellfish and seafood, white meat, pasta with white sauces. Serving suggestions Enjoy at 10-12°C
