Varietal Composition: Assyrtiko 100%.

Region / Vineyard: Amyntaion / Grammikos viticultural zone, privately owned vineyard of 1,800 acres at an altitude of 620-710 meters.

Vinification / Aging: Pre-fermentation extraction in a controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at graded temperatures, using indigenous yeast flora, selected and isolated from the same vineyard, the wine remains on its lees for eight months, with periodic stirring.

Tasting characteristics: Crystalline and bright yellowish-blonde color, with greenish highlights. Intense and rich nose, complex, typical of the variety, with citrus aromas, floral background and white stone fruits. Excellent structure, oiliness and acidity that contribute to the duration of the aromas and the aftertaste.

Harmony: It combines harmoniously with grilled white meats or with rich creamy sauces, vegetable accompaniments, sweet veal, grilled fish or cooked in white sauces, as well as with smoked fish.
