Sauvignon Blanc Fume Alpha White

Varietal Composition : Sauvignon blanc 100%.

Area / Vineyard : Amyntaio Viticulture Zone / Turn.

Vinification / Aging : Pre-fermentation extraction in a controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures. Stay in fine-grained French, of Vosges origin, oak barrel (new), "white" burning 225lt, with periodic stirring of the wine sludge for 7 months.

Taste characteristics : Crystalline, bright with pale yellow color, with light greenish highlights. Intense and rich nose, typical of the variety, with aromas of citrus, passion fruit and with a sweet melon hue at the end on a vanilla background. In the mouth it is very full, already, oily, with excellent balance-coolness, finesse, and minerality. Lively and long lasting aftertaste.

Harmony : Combines harmoniously with white meat or beef milk in rich creamy sauces, accompanied by vegetables. Raw or cooked fish in white sauces, pasta with white meat and rich semi-fatty sauces, as well as smoked fish.
