A quirky rosé wine. The Tempranillo variety, interwoven with solid aging wines, here in a pink version. Marriage of the two methods of making rosé: one batch of it from citrus pressure after a small extraction, and a second from bleeding (saignée) of a quantity of juice after hours of pre-fermentation extraction. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine remains with the wine sludge for three months. This rosé wine is distinguished by the refined aromas of strawberry and forest fruit on a background of a wheel. In the mouth it maintains the freshness in combination with the rich volume, while it is completed in a long aftertaste of ripe fruits and caramel. Accompanies pasta, oily, grilled fish and meats such as chicken, lamb or rabbit. It can be aged for 3-4 years from the harvest
