Varietal composition: Assyrtiko-Xinomavro

The rosé wine of the Estate comes from the combination of the multi-dynamic variety of Xinomavro, perfectly adapted to the Mediterranean microclimate of the area and the "strict" Assyrtiko that gives body and acidity.

It is a light pink color with no tannins, the result of a short extraction, with a discreet balance and aromas of unripe red fruits with gooseberries and strawberries predominating.

Ideal as an aperitif and perfectly suited with various dishes such as shrimp ceviche, prosciutto and parmesan, salads with pomegranate, lightly cooked white meats etc.

Serve cool at 6-8 oC in a glass of medium tulip.
