Variety Composition: Blend based in Limniona

Cultivation: Organic, with universal absence of water and fertilization. Selective vintage based on maturity bunch bunch.

Yield 300 kg / acre

Vinification: Dehumidification of grapes in beds for a long time in the shade. Slow fermentation and stay with the marcs for 30 days. It matured in old 500 liter oak barrels for 18 months. It is recommended to pour into a carafe at least one hour before serving.

It is evolving for the next at least 10 years.
