Origin of grapes : From the selected Vineyard "Alepotripa" part of the privately owned vineyards of the Hatzimichalis Estate in the heart of the Atalanti Valley.

Winemaking : White winemaking at controlled temperature.

Alcohol content : 13.5% Vol

Tasting characteristics : In the Alepotrypa vineyard, the versatile Assyrtiko variety reveals an extremely attractive character. Bright white-yellow color. Distinctive aromatic bouquet of citrus with notes of white flowers and of course the characteristic minerality of the variety. In the mouth it is exuberant, with crunchy acidity. Long and enjoyable aftertaste.

Serving temperature : Accompanies excellent dishes with rich character such as grilled fish, swordfish and shellfish. Particularly interesting is the combination with sushi and other delicacies of Asian cuisine. Enjoy it very cool at 8 C.
