Grape origin : From the selected semi-mountainous vineyard "Drysbey", on the southeastern slopes of Mount Knimis, part of the privately owned vineyard of the Hatzimichalis Estate in the Atalanti Valley.
Winemaking : Classic red winemaking at controlled temperature. It ages for 12 months in 228lt French oak barrels, in our underground cellars.
Alcohol content : 13.5% Vol
Aging potential : Enjoy it now or age it in proper maintenance conditions for at least 12-15 years from its disposal.
Tasting characteristics : Dense deep purple color with violet highlights. Complex aromatic profile with notes of jam, sweet spices and tomatoes. Rich and balanced mouth, full body with characteristic tannins and long peppery aftertaste.
Serving temperature : Accompanies grilled meats or cooked with rich sauces. It goes perfectly with baked lamb, wild boar, traditional dishes such as kebabs and a rich platter of cold cuts. Enjoy it at 16-18ºC.
